• To Plan, Manage And Implement Small Projects Not Exceeding RM200,000.00 For The District Of Seberang Perai Selatan Approved By The Federal Government And The State Government To Improve The Well-Being Of The Community Efficiently And Effectively.

LAND MANAGEMENT DIVISION

• Managing All Land Applications Received From The Public And Government Agencies And Collecting Land Tax Based On Relevant Rules And Laws As Well As Planning, Administering And Enforcing Land Related Matters In Seberang Perai Selatan District.

LEGISLATIVE DIVISION

• Provide quality legal services and advice and will always act in accordance with the constitution and the law efficiently and effectively.
