• To Plan, Coordinate and Implement All Policies, Programs and Activities of the State Government and the Federal Government at the District Level for Rural Projects with the Cooperation of All Departments/ Agencies to Ensure the Improvement of Standards and Quality of Life.

• To Develop and Establish an Efficient and Effective Land Administration Management System Towards Development, Prosperity and Harmony of the People in Line with the Development Goals and Policies of the Federal and State Governments.

• Creating Effective District Level Leadership To Ensure A Stable And Prosperous Administrative, Development, Security and Community Conditions.
